We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, some toys or items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Used or damaged products not caused by shipping issues
Items returned without original packaging
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
